In the Pacific the United States, Germany, and Britain had extraterritorial rights in Samoa and had a triple protectorate in real life. Significantly after pioneers of the previous free nations that got colonized attempted to ward off remote impact, the Western forces were consistently ready to oversee all with the exception of Siam. Flavor of Love
Flavor of Love DID YOU KNOW? If I had been born a girl, my father would have wanted to name my Marya (MAR-ee-uh). Marya Maurer. As it was, Sams Mom wanted to name me Ishmael, but somebody managed to talk her out of that one. You know, Ben Jones, theres no category for FREE FOOD! in this vast blog entry classification system that you have devised. Honestly, I think that its such an important part of MIT undergrad culture that the site is really incomplete without one. We even have a [emailprotected] e-mail list, which is really cool (although half of the messages are like, LOTS OF KETCHUP PACKETS, 33-541!) Im going to be getting free food five times this lovely Thursday afternoon, so I thought I could not only tantalize you with tales of my free food, but also tell you about the fine student organizations that have given me these incomparable dining opportunities. Career Fair If Im being honest, not a lot of undergrads seem to be really successful at finding careers hereits more about making contacts, finding channels through which you can apply, and exploring the wealth of options available to you as an MIT graduate. Most of the people Course X end up finding careers through monstertrak or one of the myriad interviews and information sessions set up on campus. But undergrads dont have trouble plundering the treasure trove of free stuff that all the companies give out. Basically, all you have to do is go up while the representatives are talking, and FREE COOKIES/TOYS/T-SHIRTS/LIGHT-UP PENS!! I recommend hitting up Shell first, because they give you a bag full of free stuff, in which you can carry all your other free stuff. In a related note, Xanga was at the MIT career fair. Creepy. Student Center Reading Room rededication or something like that I was actually headed back to lab after the career fair, but I saw a poster in Lobby 7 that said something like FREE FOOD! TODAY! 4 PM! Since it was 3:55 and I am easily influenced by casual suggestions, I shimmied back over across the street and up 5 flights of stairs to the top floor of the student center, where Tim the Beaver was presiding over a platter of delicious chicken wings and an assortment of pastries. There was a sign there urging me to give blood, and to be honest I would have done that too if I didnt have somewhere to be in 45 minutes. I looked inside the new reading room and, you know, it really s a lot nicer than it used to be. I had actually only been there twice before, just because Im never on the 5th floor of the student center, and both times involved me being kicked out for loudness by angry grad students. But that wont be a problem now with the community study spaces! Well done, MIT! Now just renovate the Infinite Lounge and well be all set! MISTI Germany program orientation I was there with Ling 07 to give a presentation on all the opportunities that a MISTI internship will open up, which all of my blog readers have no doubt heard about to no end, and also to grab some free pizza. We got a little carried away on making our presentation and ended up with like 107 pictures, although we only managed to get up to around 38 before program coordinator Dr. Berka nimbly cut us off. But they were 38 good pictures. And even though they got generic pizza this year rather than Beautys, I still have to say: MISTI rocks. Concert Choir social event Basically this means that the sopranos bring in cookies and you walk around awkwardly introducing yourself to people. For some reason Ive never felt the urge to be terribly social with people in choir other than my fellow tenors and my best friend Genevieve, and that was only because she sat with the tenors all the time instead of the 50 googol altos. But, heyfree soprano cookies. Conner 2 Study Break (no link because weve been a little lax in updating our web page for the past 3 years) Are you on the MIT campus Thursdays at 10:30? Then quit your studying and come on over to Conner 2 for $15 worth of free food split 20 ways! Most halls I know seem to host some kind of weekly communal feeding event sponsored by dorm funding, and were no exception. We even rotate duty between our incomparable GRTs Chris and Summer and the individual suites on our floor. This week it was their turn to make fruit pizzas, and then next week my suite has got chili. But I really have to do a pset now, so check back later tonight. Or tomorrow. Or something. Wow, according to Movable Type it took me 3 days and 23 hours to finish this entry. Sorry, dudes.

M3 is M2 plus large time deposits, term repurchase agreements and institutional money market accounts. (Leading Economic Indicators: Money Supply TSC Glossary) The money supply indicator is useful in controlling inflation and to ensure that money demand remains stable. It also has a powerful effect on economic activity. An increase in money supply stimulates spending while a decrease results in decreased spending. Decreased spending may result in a decline in economic activity and can cause disinflation or deflation. Money supply is directly linked to inflation. If money supply is growing faster than the real GDP, inflation may result. (MindXpansion on Money Supply) 4. Inventory Changes This indicator measures sales and inventories for the manufacturing, wholesale and retail sectors of the economy. It provides data on the rate of inventory accumulation which in turn helps determine the current pace of economic growth and may also help predict the future pace of economic growth. (Economic Indictors ââ¬â Federal Reserve Bank of New York) An example of an inventory change indicator is the Inventory to Sales ratio which measures the number of months it takes to deplete existing inventory. Inventory indicators provide important information about economic growth. For example if inventories are accumulating at a rapid pace, it may indicate a slowdown in economic growth in the near future as manufacturers may cut down production to ensure inventories are in line with sales. Similarly, if inventories are growing slowly or decreasing, it may indicate a growth in the economy in the near future and a pick up in production. Works Cited Information about Economic Indicators. Right!? ?Yea, I guess so, well let's get this thing built and get rich and famous.? ?Sounds good to me.? ?Well if you take the square root of the diameter of the base times the distance around the machine that should give us the aerodynamics to travel through time, does that seem right to you Phil ?Yea that seems right to me.? They worked day in and day out for the next three months, and then they finally finished it. They were ready for their first flight though time. They didn't tell the press because they didn't want to look stupid if they didn't succeed. So they kept everything to themselves. Which they will find out that was a bad idea. ?Phil, are you ready for our first flight threw time ?I sure am, let's get this machine going to June 5th 2057.? ?Ok all that I have to do is to set the time machines clock to destination time and return time.? ?Lets get this puppy working!? WOPH WOPH WOPH WOPH WOPH WOPH WOPH! ?This thing is out of control Frank!!!!!!? ?I know, I don't know what is happening to it hold on tight, I don't have any clue what it is doing or where it is going to go!? After about 5 minutes of a grueling ride the time machine finally stopped but this didn't look like the year 2057?it looked like the prehistoric times but they calculated everything, like the soil and how old it was, and that told them about what year it was. Expectly they found out that it was the year 2057 and that the society must have ended from 1999 to 2057. ?This is crazy Phil, let's get out of here!? ?No, we have to explore and get samples so everyone at home will believe that we were here and they so they don't think we are lying.? ?Ok fine but let's not stay here for a long time, it is pretty scary and gloomy.? ?Quit being a baby Frank, tough it up, you don't see me complaining.? ?I know let's just go get those samples.? ?Sure thing!? As they go wandering out into the newly discovered land. They find a lot of things like a lot of forest, a lot more than what we have back home, cleaner environment, and the most important thing was that there was no sign of animal life. As they gather their samples they find out that they got lost and they can't figure out were they parked their time machine. As the boys get into a scuffle because neither of them remembered to leave a trail, they just cause more trouble because they split up because they were mad. While the sun is going down both of them are lost in separate ways. Now that months have past neither of them got out of the future. Everyone at home are worried and are on the hunt for them, but what they don't know is that they are not going to find them until someone builds a time machine, and that takes at least 4 years to do. So if they want
